David and I have been very busy these past months and have had many incredible, thought physically trying, adventures!

David and I biked roughly 730 baseball fields in length (~80 km) over the Shimanami Kaido cycling route from Honshu to Shikoku, Japan!

David and I visited the Pacific island of Okinawa, the land of Spam and water of whale sharks!

David and I visited Fukuoka, Japan, and saw one of the largest (!?) Buddhas in the world.

While exploring the world, I’ve been reflecting on how fragile systems can be, especially when they falter at home.

David and I traveled eleven hours from sunny summer to winter wonderland, and just in time for the Sapporo Snow Festival!
